General Questions

  • Feel free to call, come by, or fill out a request for quote form. Stacey will talk with you about the sizes, colors and numbers needed.

    Be sure to check out our linen rentals page for more details!

  • Just place them in the laundry bag provided and put them with any other items for return or pickup.

  • We stock a wide variety of colors and sizes and certainly have all the basic and traditional colors one might expect.

    Please consult with us on color availability. We can order it for you if we don’t have it, given adequate lead time.

  • We rent linens for

    • cocktail tables

    • six and eight-foot rectangular banquet tables

    • and various round table sizes.

  • Our linens are sturdy, traditional, and durable polyester.

Linen Rental Questions

  • Our Hours of Operation Are:

  • Tables and chairs will be stacked and/or leaned neatly at the delivery site in the location of the customer’s choosing.

  • The more time you can give us the better but we are here even for last minute orders and/or changes.

  • Just make sure items are stacked and left for pickup in an organized fashion.

    Please leave them in the same location they were dropped off.

  • Absolutely! Delivery fees are dependent on delivery location. Stacey will provide you with pricing and all other details during the event rental process.

  • No, but we ask that you please let us know ahead of time where to leave your items - a safe outdoor location where we can leave things neatly stacked.

  • Nope! We don’t have a minimum order for delivery. We’re here to help no matter how large or small your event rental order is.

  • Anything you can think of! Corporate events, weddings, meetings, sports events, reunions, parties, backyard parties, birthday parties, church functions and so much more!

  • We make our rental process super easy. Browse our event rentals and call, come by or fill out our ‘request a quote’ form to discuss pricing, availability and all the other details.

Table Rental Questions

  • Our tables are sturdy, collapsable wooden tables that are:

    • 6’ and 8’ rectangular banquet tables

    • Cocktail tables.

    • 60”, 48”, and 36” round tables

    • and 6’ rectangular kids' tables.

  • Call or come by our Clements Ferry Rd. location and let us know what you need.

    We will make recommendations and work up a quote for you.

    You can pick up and drop back off here in the store or we will deliver for a reasonable fee.

  • Because events are special by definition. Reasonable price for a huge return in the form of a better, more comfortable party.

    You get to return them to us after the event and do not have to live with them year round.

    • A 60” round table can seat up to 8 adults.

    • A 42” to 48” round table can seat up to 4 adults.

    • For an 8 foot (30 inch by 96 inch) rectangular table, you can comfortably sit 8-10 people, with 4 chairs on either side and 1 chair at either end.

    • If it is a 6’ banquet table (30 inch by 72 inch rectangular) 6-8 seats will fit around the table, with 3 chairs on either side and 1 chair at either end.

  • Tables are $12 per table no matter the size.

Tent Rental Questions

  • Call, come by, or fill out a 'request for quote' form. Stacey will help you determine the size tent needed for your event and we'll get you scheduled for delivery!

  • Tent rentals are generally for 72 hours. We set up the tent the day before your event and take it down the day after.

  • Call us to discuss. Variables include seated or standing guests, the configuration of stages, bars, dance floors, and gift table locations.

    We have decades of experience planning events and are here to ensure your tent is the right size for your event.

  • Our tents vary in cost depending on the size. Call Stacey today for more information on our tent sizes and pricing.

  • Select and show us the clear, level area. Mark any power or sprinkler lines if staking.

Chair Rental Questions

  • We rent:

    • Traditional plastic white and brown folding chairs

    • White, brown and natural wood padded chairs

    • Kid’s chairs

    • Wood slatted chairs

  • Let us know the style and number of chairs you would like to rent.

    You're welcome to come and pick them up, or we can deliver them for a reasonable delivery fee.

  • Our chairs will be delivered and picked up in a compact stackable form.

    Please have them stacked in the same direction for delivery/pickup driver.

  • It's a good idea to ensure your guests are comfortable and can sit down if they want to.

    Additionally, you get to give them back to us and not have to store them year-round.
